Vacancies

FREC4 with SALMs and CERAD

Come and join our team as an ECA, you'll need to have prior frontline experience and will be working mostly alongside Paramedics at events. Experience in working in mountainous environments is essential along with an outdoor industry governing body qualification(s) e.g. Mountain Leader, Lowland Leader etc.. FREUC5

You'll be working usually as part of a team, but may on occasions operate as a solo clinician. Experience in working in mountainous environments is essential along with an outdoor industry governing body qualification(s) e.g. Mountain Leader, Lowland Leader etc.. Click here for a job description.

Paramedic band 6 or above

You'll be working as a independent clinician, operating either within a team or by yourself. Experience in working in mountainous environments is essential along with an outdoor industry governing body qualification(s) e.g. Mountain Leader, Lowland Leader etc.. Click here for a job description.

​All prospective applicants are subject to pre-employment checks including: DBS (and PVG if working in Scotland), references, right to work. Should you be successful with your application you'll be invited for interview.

Payment for all roles is based on a per-event basis, which is clearly published on our staff rota system when signing up for a shift. All staff need to be registered as self-employed, payment is on receipt of invoice at the end of each calendar month.

Paramedics

Paramedics are fundamental to our service delivery. We pride our service delivery on being Paramedic led, to enable a higher level of care and at the same time reduce pressure on local NHS services by minimising referrals.  

Doctors

For some large scale events its a requirement to have a doctor present. Our Doctors share a passion for pre-hospital care and delivery in challenging environments. 

FREC3, FREC4, FREUC5, AAP

Supporting our Health Care Professionals we have staff with a range of recognised pre-hospital care qualifications such as FREC3 - FREUC5. Many also come with specific skillsets and experience such as Mountain Rescue, Swift Water Rescue, and communications.

RF Engineers

RF engineers provide and support the communication systems we put in place to both manage our team and that of the entire event. Systems range from DMR Tier II through to PoC and system integrations.
