Rate of Pay: Event dependent (clearly published on rostering system)
About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated HCPC registered Paramedics to join our Bank Event Medical Team. This role involves providing high-quality pre-hospital care at a variety of events, including mass participation sporting events (often in remote and austere environments), community events, and public gatherings.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of event attendees, staff, and participants.
Essential Requirements

Current HCPC registration as a Paramedic.

Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience.

Hold a valid CERAD qualification.

Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

Have or be willing to undertake and keep up to date mandatory training and compliance requirements.
Important Eligibility Criteria

Newly Qualified Paramedics (NQPs) are not eligible to apply.

Applicants must hold CERAD at the point of application.

Successful applicants must be willing to undertake a minimum of one event every six months to remain active on the bank.

Preference given to applications with experience of remote and austere environments.
